Delivery
Within Australia
Little Poppets uses express post to ensure your carefully selected products arrive at your door in a fast and efficient manner. If for some reason beyond my control, your parcel happens to go astray, using Express Post allows easy tracking so that it can be found for you.
Orders placed prior to 1.00pm on general business days will be posted that same day.
Most parcels should be received within 2-3 working days, however, there are some places that may take a little longer. If a delay in delivery is going to occur due to Little Poppets, I will contact you on day of purchase to discuss this with you.
Delivery costs are $7.50 for Australia Wide Delivery with Express Post.
Little Poppets provides FREE delivery for orders over $150.
Gift Vouchers are delivered FREE of charge.
International
Delivery for international orders are by Australia Post Air Mail and may take up to 10 days. Orders placed during business hours will be shipped within 48 hours. Please note the flat rate charges (in Australian Dollars) are as follows, however, if a parcel is unusually large or bulky there may be an extra shipping fee incurred by yourself. I will contact you prior to shipment if this necessary.

Privacy
Little Poppets respects your privacy and therefore personal details will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold unless otherwise required by law, and will be kept confidential. All details will only be used to process your order.
Placing Orders

Or if you enjoy the hands on retail experience, why not visit our store open every Thursday 9.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm or by appointment, at 1 Kiama Avenue, Bangalee, Yeppoon QLD.
Payment
Paying with credit card through the website, using secure PayPal service, is the most popular way to pay. Or you may wish to use credit card over the phone, or alternatively direct deposit. Once you have reached the checkout you may choose which option best suits you, and follow the prompts. Please use your order number as your direct deposit reference.
Products will be packaged and sent once funds are cleared. Direct Deposit orders will only be held for up to 2 weeks without payment.
Gifts and Free GiftWrapping
Looking for that perfect gift for someone. Little Poppets offers FREE gift wrapping of your purchase and gives you the option of delivery directly to the recipient's door. Simply choose these options at the checkout.
Gift Vouchers
Still can't decide what gift to buy, purchase a Little Poppets Gift Voucher. Simply nominate the amount and complete the recipient details. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Opening Hours
Little Poppets online ordering can be carried out at anytime, 24hrs/day, 7days/week. General business hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm. Phone messages and emails are checked regularly outside of business hours and purchases will be packaged and delivered promptly.
Alternatively Little Poppets retail store at 1 Kiama Avenue, Bangalee, Yeppoon Qld is open every Thursday from 9.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday from 10am to 3pm or by appointment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Little Poppets prides itself on providing products that are of a high quality, however, if for some reason you are not happy with the size or colour, or the product is not what you expected then please contact me within 14 days from receipt of your purchase and I will happily refund item value or exchange the item value with an alternative product.
Sorry, sale or discounted items are unable to be exchanged or monies refunded.
If the product you purchase is faulty I will happily exchange or refund the items value. For exchange items an additional delivery fee will be charged.
Please note: an exchange or refund will only occur if the garment has not been washed or worn, and if tags and labels are intact.
Little Poppets takes great care to ensure that products are sent beautifully wrapped in appropriate packaging. However, if for reasons beyond our control you receive damaged products please contact me to discuss an appropriate action.
